
Bar Lucia Pimento Cheese Crudité and Crostini Dip
Spring is here! Sipping on the patio to warmer evenings invites us to sip sip hooray Rose or a bright crisp white wine this season. This party appetizer pairs well with a crisp, tart, sauvignon blanc or a fruity fresh blush Rose. You can’t go wrong a southern favorite as we head into the warm season of celebrating with friends outside.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 oz Softened Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Diced Pimentos (Drained)
- 4 oz Diced Roasted Red Peppers
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Dash of Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Gather ingredients and put in place, Mis En place, then set aside.
- Grate sharp cheddar in Cuisinart or with a cheese grater by hand. We like to grate the cheese fresh.
- Mix grated cheddar, cream cheese, pimentos, and roasted peppers in a bowl
- Add in mayonnaise, hot sauce, cayenne pepper and a dash of salt.
- Mix well until combined
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
